Titan Connect Email - Some Users Are Recieving Error Messages Or Not Able To Login

Some users may be seeing the following errors when attempting to access, or while logged into, their TitanConnect/TC Email through the Luminis web page.

  • "System I/O error. Administrator, check server log on for details"
     
  • Unable to set priority or delete messages in the Inbox
     
  • While logging into TitanConnect/TC Email the system shows there are no messages in the Inbox.  
 ITS is aware of this issue and is working to resolve.  At this time no ETA is available.

If you are attempting to login and are not successful, continue trying.  In most cases this is not  because your account has been locked out, but a symptom of the current issue.
