Reminder - Computer Systems Maintenance - Saturday, October 8, 2016 starting at 6:00 AM

Please be advised the Information Technology Services department will be performing required maintenance on a number of core servers starting Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 6:00 A.M. and running to 12:00 P.M as communicated earlier this week.



The systems that will be unavailable during this time include…


·         TitanConnect – Portal

·         TitanConnect – Self Service

·         TitanConnect – INB

·         TitanConenct – ODS/Discoverer



During this outage…


·         Office 365 email will remain available by logging into the site

·         Blackboard (aka Knowledge) will remain available by logging into the site

· and all other websites will remain online

·         University WIFI services will be remain available

·         Residence Hall wired and WIFI services will remain available



All other systems will remain available.

We regret the inconvenience and if the systems are available to be restored to service earlier than 12: 00 pm, we will make them available.
