Outside calls from Verizon - Issue

Randon outside calls from Verizon into the University are being met with a busy signal.  ATT has been notified and we are awaiting a resolution.

MCN WIFI Security Maintenance, 7:00 AM November 11, 2025

MCN WIFI firewall security patch to be applied tomorrow (Tues) at 7:00 AM.  MCN WIFI will be down at that time but will be brought back online as soon as possible.

McNicol’s Wi-Fi down

ITS is working to restore Wi-Fi to the McNichols campus as quickly as possible. Wi-Fi in the residence halls should be fine.

Banner Upgrades - November 2 from 12:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

On Sunday, November 2 from 12:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Banner will be offline while system upgrades are installed.

 

Novi Campus Internet/WIFI/WEPA Suspected Down

Our monitoring system is reporting all connectivity at Novi down at this time.  ITS is working to restore service as soon as possible.
