The testing on Weblink has been completed. Weblink was available most of the day, with the exception of the hour shutdown, and has been monitored carefully. Diagnostic data will be analyzed and corrective measures will be taken as required. SHamilton 3:51 PM

Weblink Coming Down at 10:45 AM for Configuration Changes

ESD, Weblink's Vendor, has identified a problem on the mainframe which needs to be corrected to improve Weblink's performance. We are bringing it down for about 1 hour at 10:45 AM to allow ESD to assist us with these changes. SHamilton ITS

Weblink Access/FAC 20 Computers

A switch has failed that serves the FAC 20 office computers and the Weblink server. A replacement will be installed Monday morning at 8:30 am. Until then, Weblink remains unavailable. We apologize for this outage.

Slowness/WebLink/APECS Issue

Technicians on site report issue is not with servers but core switch in data center. Network management paged for fix.

Weblink/APECS Reported Down

Sys admin paged to address the matter of Weblink and APECS being down.

Internet Mail Backlogged

We have a heavy load of Internet mail that is in the processing queue. Message should be coming over the next while.
