Blackboard maintenance scheduled Monday 10/13 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.
Blackboard needs couple of adjustments on software side; to activate these, system restart is required. We expect this service outage to be no longer than 30 minutes. This maintenance action is planned for Monday morning, starting at 7:30 a.m. If you are using Blackboard at this time, please close your work and log out to prevent loss of data.

MSN Hotmail e-mail bounce 09/10 7:30 a.m.
MSN (Microsoft) Hotmail is rejecting udmercy.edu e-mails. ITS is working to remove MSN block as soon as possible. We sorry for your inconvenience; please keep in mind that this is result of UDM users providing spammers/phishing action with user ID and password to their account. Users doing this are not only inconveniencing rest of the UDM community, they open the door to their sensitive personal data.

Content Database Server Failed
The Content database server is experiencing a hardware issue. We are working to resolve the issue. Online inquiries, application processing, parking permits and the auctor content management system are currently down due to this issue.
Update: Hardware replacement parts are running late. ETA now 2:00 p.m.

MSN - Hotmail e-mails rejected 09/07 7:30 a.m.
For yet another breach in e-mail accounts, our e-mails to MSN ISP, and possibly others, is rejected.

INB problem corrected
This morning some users experienced a problem with trying to go to INB from titan connect. This has been corrected. Thanks, ITS Dept.
