Planned Network Outage - This Thursday 11:59 PM through Friday 4:00 AM

Please be advised this Thursday evening starting at 11:59 PM and running through Friday morning up to 4:00 AM, the University’s network will temporarily be down while our network contractors and in-house team re-route our main network connections from one building to another. 

 

All off-campus access to internal resources will be down during this time including access to our WWW environment. 

 

All On-campus access to outside services will be down including access to Blackboard, O365 and other hosted services.

 

Off-campus users will be able to access Blackboard, O365 and hosted services from offsite.

 

On-campus university phones and CATV services will remain available during this time.

ITS Help Desk ticket system upgrade scheduled for 2-18-23

 The ITS Help Desk ticketing system will undergo an upgrade on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The upgrade is expected to take 4 hours with the site becoming available again at approximately 2:00 PM.

Unexpected Power Outage on McNichols Campus - Some Services Down

ITS is working with Facilities to restore services.  Some solutions will be down until power is restored.

Banner Upgrades - January 14, 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.

On Saturday, January 14 from 7 a.m. - 12 p.m., Banner will be offline while ITS works to install system upgrades.

Listserver Web Page Down

The listserver web page is temporarily down and ITS is working to restore service as soon as possible.  List distribution appears to still be operational.

Blackboard Security Update - December 7, 2022 1:00 AM

A required security update will be applied to Blackboard at 1 AM EST on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. It is expected there will a Blackboard service outage for about 15-20 minutes, please plan accordingly.

 

Internet Down - Corktown Campus

Internet connections are presently down at Corktown.  The networking team is working to restore service as quickly as possible.
