The University has been made aware this social media platform is down.  ITS is monitoring the situation.

Banner Upgrades - February 25, 12:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

On Sunday, February 25 from 12:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m., Banner will be offline while system upgrades are installed.

McNichols Phones Down

University phones across the McNichols campus are down however, the Public Safety emergency line remains active and available at 313-993-1234.

VPN Issue

ITS is working to resolve an issue with our VPN system.  More updates to come as available.

Corktown - Internet Connectivity

ITS is investigating an issue with bandwidth on the Corktown campus and is working with our ISP to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Library Remote Database - Not Functional

ITS is rebuilding a solution to allow for authenticated remote access to a number of library database solutions that went offline in early January due to some technical changes by the vendor.

On campus access does appear to work for most databases.
