Everything was back to normal around 4:40 pm. We have been watching for additional reoccurances but nothing yet. We believe we have the issue that caused this problem identified and isolated.
Service has been restored although there are lingering issues that may cause it to re-occur. A technical call to the hardware vendor has been placed to address the source of the problem.

Everything was back to normal around 4:40 pm. We have been watching for additional reoccurances but nothing yet. We believe we have the issue that caused this problem identified and isolated.
And yet, Sunday morning, there's a stop sign on Titan Connect and no update here.
The system was working yesterday, 04/18/09, around 8 p.m. It's down this morning and no acess to our email is available. When will access be restored?
We're looking into it at the moment.
It would be nice to have email the weekend before finals week. Really...it would.
Are we going to be getting any information anytime soon...????
Multiple staff are continuing to work on this issue. Please bear with us while we try to resolve this.
Students on the old e-mail system can continue to use e-mail.
All students can also work on their evals - some of which are closing tonight.
