Internet Outage as of 3:00 AM

We appear to have a problem with our Internet Service Provider as of 3:00 am this morning. We are contacting them to investigate the matter.

UDM's internet provider is tracking down an Engineer to investigate the matter. More to come.

ISP continuing to work on issue.

ISP reports hardware issue. Awaiting timeline on replacement.

Intracampus connections internally should be fine - though, no access to internet from on-campus at this time.

I am an engineering graduate student unable to connect to knowledge.udmercy.edu from off-campus and assume this is the cause. Is there an ETA yet for repair? Thank you.

All access from off campus is down including access to Knowledge. On campus access to on campus servers such as Knowledge should be fine (though unconfirmed).

No ETA as of this time though there are people onsite working on this as we speak.

We now have connectivity. Engineers still working on this.
