This appears to still be a problem; any estimation on when it will be resolved?
We've made contact with the providers and are awaiting their clearing our good name.
Regrettably this was caused by a number of people giving up their credentials. Those users have been blocked and will need to speak with the Helpdesk Manager in person to unblock their account.
As of noon on Sunday 3/20 it appears that comcast still is blocking udmercy. Any idea how much longer this will take? Thank you.
Monday March 21 @ 10:00 a.m. and it's still not working. Can you provide an update?
