Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

All systems are operational at this time and running on auto-pilot.  Should you have technical issues during break, please post messages using the comments to this blog posting or submit a Helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.udmercy.edu.  We will check in on both these areas from time to time as well as the MLIUDM facebook page and the ITS facebook page.

What i don't realize is in fact how you are now not actually a lot more neatly-appreciated than you might be now. You're very intelligent.
You know therefore considerably in terms of
this matter, made me in my opinion consider it from so many varied angles.
Its like women and men don't seem to be interested except it's

Are you able to log in to TitanConnect and use the link to then get into knowledge?

I'm having the same problem..I can log into titan connect but knowledge won't open and I can' log into it

Ok I asked around and this seems to be happening for other people also..ordinarily wouldn't be a problem but I have an online class I need to submit things for over break

Anyway just making sure you guys are aware!

Hi, I wonder if anyone is also monitoring the Helpdesk tickets? I submitted a ticket related to Titannet password. Could anyone help me out ASAP? Thank you!

Exchange user, can you try exchange.udmercy.edu to access?

TitanConnect is up.

TitanNet is as well but when accessed from off-site, we cannot guarantee a connection because of firewalls that may exist between locations.

If you have Terminal Service access, try that.

Dear ITS colleague, could you please provide specific help on my case? Mine is a password issue with Titannet. Something needs to be done at your end so that I may reset my password once allowed. I'm now unable to use my computer at all.

JW Wang. We have put calls into the technicians that cover this area but have been unable to reach them. We will try again right this minute to see if we can have them take a look at your situation.

I need help accessing my Titan account to amentmj. It has been locked up since 12/14 and I need to access my email before the new year. Please help! you can reach me at mament18@gmail.com, thanks!

amentmj, I've unlocked your account. You can try to log in again however if you go past 5 bad logins you will lockup again. You may want to use the "Forgot password" feature to answer your own security questions to reset your password.

the web exchange connection was not working properly before break. I don't have clearance/access to the universit until it is open to everyone 1/2/13. I had to have my titannet password changed on 12/10 because I was having problems accessing web exchange from home.

The Exchange web access is currently up for others and was working prior to break. Are you having a Titannet/exchange password issue? Is the password you received on the 10th no longer working?
