Dear "Not Real Happy", if you haven't already done so, please post your name and phone number here or please submit a ticket to http://helpdesk.udmercy.edu to let us know on which campus and number need to be repaired. You can also leave the detail with the Helpdesk at x1500 and they will get the info over to the Telecom supervisor.
