Group and Home drive access is unavailable

Currently, we are experiencing an issue that may cause some users to not have connectivity to their Home or Group drives.  Out team is aware of the issue and we are working to resolve.

The network drive outage impacted hundreds of users. If you are experiencing this issue still, please make sure to submit a Helpdesk ticket at and a technician will need to schedule an on-site visit to reconnect your drives. The technicians are moving as fast as they can to get everyone back online with their shared drives.
