During the troubleshooting process with BB support, we are experiencing an outage due to service restarts. the system should be online within ten minutes. I will update you accordingly.

Blackboard is still down, and I really need to turn in an assignment. Any updates?
Is there an ETR?
Blackboard has not provided us an ETA at this time but we are still working with them in a priority 1 system down state. ITS staff have been engaged with them since the start of the outage and will continue to work with them until this is resolved.
The effort continued through the night with tech support and is still actively being worked on by Blackboard. Still no ETA available from them at this time.
what happened to it being back up in 10 min yesterday?
any ideas yet about when BB will be back up? It has been down for two days...
Work still continues with the vendor.
