TitanConnect Portal *Resolved*

The TitanConnect website is currently experiencing an outage.  Please instead use the University's new portal system at https://my.udmercy.edu

For those who have yet to claim their Titan Pass credentials, your Titan Pass user code is your username (i.e. doej) and your password may be obtained by going to https://my.udmercy.edu and clicking on the “Forgot Password” link or "Activate Account" link.  Titan Pass will send to your University email account a link to establish your Titan Pass password. 

Note:  your user name does NOT include the @udmercy.edu portion of your email address.  If you forget your password, you can always return to this screen and use the “forgot password” option.

Update, 9:54 a.m. — TitanConnect is down due to a hardware failure. The hardware vendor has been notified.

Update, 2:15 p.m. — A Field Engineer from the hardware vendor has been dispatched. Replacement parts for the failed hardware are expected to arrive by approximately 9:00 p.m. tonight. We will continue to update this post.

Update, 9:40 p.m. — TitanConnect is back online.
