We are just learning from IDS that the Blackboard system is down and are working to locate staff to return it to service as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the situation especially knowing the effort to complete all work and grading before faculty are due to submit their grades by Monday at noon.

many of my students (being students) waited until the last minute to take the final online exam. When Blackboard comes up again (which could be days, if past experience is any indication) I will have to give them at least one day to do the exam, and then I will need time to grade them. This means the migration of Blackboard will need to be delayed.
Please contact your faculty member for their strategy on how they will work this through for you. They too are aware of the outage.
Staff continue to work on-site to resolve the issue.
