Resolved: O365 Exchange Mailbox Access Issues

Some O365 Exchange users may be unable to access tbeir mailboxes.  Microsoft has posted a service advisory for this issue.  They are working towards a resolution

Microsoft reports this was repaired around 2:40 AM. We have received confirmation from an affected user that they can now log in.
