Post Saturday (11/20/2010) Power Outage

Power was restored to Campus approximately 8:20pm. ITS Staff is working on bring all services back online, with critical services receiving priority.

Production Banner and Lumunis are online. This includes the portal, INB, SSB, Email.

**UPDATE - 10:30pm**
Exchange, TitanNet, Blackboard have been restored.

**Update - 11:00pm**
All production services have been restored.

When I click onto "Titan Self Serve" I get an error message. So has Titan Self Serve up? Dr Shirley Escamilla MSON.

Please try again. Self Service single sign on should now be working.

I am getting error message too.
External System Error - "CPIP Notification: Unsupported OID service".

It's 2:00 and this message is still appearing. I need to get on to approve student time sheets.

Sungard has been contacted to troubleshoot SSO issue. Awaiting response.

SSB and INB access is now working. Please update the blog if you experience any troubles. Sungard has asked us to watch the services for the next couple of hours.
