Imap connections

We are currently experiencing issues with imap connections to university email. ITS staff has been notified and working on a solution.

Update: 01/11/2011 7:27 a.m. All mail services have been restored.

ITS is working on problem currently, system should be back online in next 20 minutes.

I am still having an issue with connecting. It says, "Login successful" but then it say, "Error: system error" and doesn't allow me to view anything on blackboard or titanconnect. Can someone please fix this so I can have consistent access to email?

Are you still encountering this issue? We notice some unusual slowness but can replicate the issue as you describe it to be.

Can you provide more detail?
