TitanConnect - Scheduled Outage - First Weekend in October 2018

Please be advised that starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, October 5, 2018 and continuing through Sunday, October 7, 2018 the TitanConnect Self-Service and INB services will be offline while back-end database upgrades are completed in preparation for an upgrade of this environment later in the year.

During this time, the TitanConnect portal (https://tc.udmercy.edu) will remain online and available however, the links for these two services will not function.  Once the upgrades are completed, access will be restored.

Status updates will be provided to the University community on the ITS Outage blog which is available at:  https://udm-its.blogspot.com.  This is a good link to bookmark should you experience issues with any ITS service and would like to know the current status.

All other services including the highly utilized Blackboard, Office 365 and University’s websites will remain online and available during this time.
