Microsoft 365 suite service alert Incident information Title: Unable to access Search and queries across multiple services ID: MO223247 Status Service Restored Details Title: Unable to access Search and queries across multiple services User Impact: Users may have been unable to use Search in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. More info: Additionally, users would have also experienced impact while using some calendar functions, updating profile pictures, accessing the assignments tab, searches, and updating presence information. Impact relating the Exchange Online service is being communicated under the SI# EX223208. Final status: Reverting the update has mitigated impact and we've monitored the service to ensure full recovery. Scope of impact: Impact was specific to a subset of users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
