Effort continues to restore e-mail to full functionality. Your patience during this time is appreciated.

Ron, if you can provide some specific details, that would be helpful. E-mail had been up and running for a very long time since this issue surfaced today. Anything properly sent prior to this time should have been processed and delivered. An error messages or description would be helpful.

It's just before 11 pm on Thursday and I still can't pick up email from my department head. I need to have that before I post my syllabus for Spanish 1100. The deadline is Friday. In response to your request for an error message when email was down starting Tuesday, see below. This error message seems to have been generated by my attempt to copy myself on my messsage. Others also did not receive it as I know from calling them. Ron

Ron, I am not seeing a "ronlare@udmercy.edu" address as legit which may be the reason for the error message.

X-Failed-Recipients ronlare@udmercy.edu

I suspect the address this should be sent to is larerd2@udmercy.edu

If others did not receive your message, could you verify the address is accurate using the online phone directory at http://it.udmercy.edu/EmployeePhoneDirectory.htm
