Comcast, our ISP for Internet access in Dorms, is still working on resolving intermittent issues affecting Internet access for Dorms. We experience these issues as a short inaccessibility to Internet sources or as a poor response to our requests. Access to University resources is not affected by these issues.
As a consequence of Comcast intervention in pursuing these problems, Dorms have serious difficulties in accessing Internet, this morning between 10:30 and 11:30.
Dorms Internet access works on full capacity at this time. Comcast and ITS is going to continue close monitoring so we can fix problems and provide best possible Internet service.
