Our ISP finally got Dorms Internet service restored and
Dorms network runs on full capacity now. We are going to continue close monitoring

We are sorry for the problems caused by the lowered Internet
capacity. We are doing our best to maintain good quality Internet service throughout;
ultimately we depend on service quality we got from our ISP.
