Starting at 4:30 PM today, ITS will migrate the McNichols campus wireless access points to a new central controller. The new controller provides support for a wider range of access points as well as provides more throughput from the wireless to the wired network.
WIFI users may experience a brief interruption in service during this time. Wired connections should continue to operate as they normally do.

Should you experience WIFI connection issues after the migration has been completed, please submit a Helpdesk ticket into the University’s Helpdesk Ticket system at: https://hd.udmercy.edu and an ITS technician will follow up with you.
