Title: Some users may be unable to load Power Apps forms from within some M365 apps

User Impact: Some users may be unable to load Power Apps forms within some M365 apps.

More info: This issue was previously communicated for under MM222544 and SP222555.

Current status: We've identified that some users may be unable to load PowerApps forms from within SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and PowerBI. We're reviewing the call pattern of the authentication requests. Additionally, we're unable to retrieve associated configuration information to process these requests. We've reproduced the issue in our test platform, and will revert that environment to the last known good build to mitigate impact. If this is successful, we will replicate the repair action in the production environment.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who load PowerApps forms from within SharePoint Online, Microosft Teams and PowerBI.
