Title: Latency when accessing Power Apps Forms from Microsoft 365 apps

User Impact: Users may have experienced service latency when accessing Power Apps Forms within Microsoft 365 apps.

More info: We've identified that impact associated with MO222563 (previously communicated under MM22544, SO222555 and MO222561) continued after our initial mitigations.

Final status: While we've confirmed that our previous efforts to allow service requests for Power Apps forms within Microsoft 365 apps was successful, we've seen additional service latency which caused continued throttling for these requests. We've rerouted these requests through additional service infrastructure and confirmed that users will no longer experience latency.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to users who load PowerApps data from within SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and PowerBI.

Root cause: Additional impact related to mitigation actions for MO222563 caused continued service throttling for PowerApps Forms requests within Microsoft 365 apps.

- We're reviewing the mitigation actions associated with MO222563 to better understand why there was continued impact post event.
