Title: Some VTC users experiencing meeting session disruptions

User Impact: Some users joining Teams meetings through VTC were having their meeting sessions disconnected after about 6 minutes.

More info: Only some users joining Teams meetings from VTC (video teleconference endpoints) via a Cloud Video Interop (CVI) provider were affected.

Final status: We've identified that a recent deployment which manages the lifecycle of real-time media bot sessions, including CVI, introduced a regression. We've reverted the deployment and confirmed that the issue has been mitigated after monitoring the service.
