User Impact: Users may experience intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing SharePoint sites. More info: This issue may also impact Microsoft Teams users' file functionality where users may be unable to view OneDrive in channels, upload files in chats, view files, and edit files. Current status: We're reviewing available diagnostic data, such as SQL connection data, to isolate the source of this issue. Additionally, we're working to reroute user traffic to an alternative infrastructure to potentially mitigate impact. Scope of impact: This issue may impact all users attempting to access SharePoint Online sites.
