Title: All users are unable to access Exchange Online on BlackBerry mobile devices or Blackberry Work Client managed devices

User Impact: Users are unable to access Exchange Online through their BlackBerry devices or Blackberry Work Client managed devices.

More info: Android and iOS devices that are managed through the Blackberry Work Client app will also experience impact.

Current status: We've determined that a sync issue is resulting in email access problems for BlackBerry device users as well as users of Android and iOS devices that are managed through the Blackberry Work Client app. While we're investigating further as to what caused the underlying sync issue that resulted in the impact, we've developed a fix for this issue which we're preparing for deployment. We'll provide an estimated timeline to resolution once available.

Scope of impact: This issue could affect any user attempting to access Exchange Online email using their BlackBerry device or on Android and iOS devices that are managed through the Blackberry Work Client app.
