Title: All calls routed through call queues may not connect

User Impact: Calls routed through call queues may not have connected as expected.

More info: Some reports suggest that calls routed through call queues hung on "Connecting" and never connected.

Calls that don't leverage call queues didn't appear to be affected by this event.

Final status: We've determined that a portion of Skype for Business infrastructure was operating below optimal standards, which prevented calls routed through call queues from connecting. We've restarted the affected infrastructure and confirmed via monitoring that service is restored.

Scope of impact: The problems affected calls that were routed through call queues.

End time: Monday, June 29, 2020, at 10:30 PM UTC

Root cause: A portion of Skype for Business infrastructure was operating below optimal standards, which prevented calls routed through call queues from connecting.
