More info: Mail flow was not impacted by this issue; impact was specific to the body of some email messages not loading correctly. Additionally, users may have attempted loading email messages as expected using alternate methods such as the Outlook desktop client or mobile devices. Final status: We've confirmed with affected users that impact has been mitigated. Scope of impact: Any user attempting to load messages when using Outlook on the web may have been affected.
