Final status: Following our analysis, we identified that impact was caused by some caching components not performing as expected, which caused online presence issues within the Microsoft Teams service. We rerouted user connections to alternate infrastructure, and confirmed that impact has been mitigated after monitoring the environment. Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
