More info: Users may be unable to access SharePoint Online sites via sub-menu links, though the sites are accessible if browsed to directly. Current status: We've successfully reproduced the issue and are examining logs from the test environment we used to reproduce the issue to try to determine what is causing the problem. Scope of impact: This issue could potentially affect any user attempting to access second level sub-menu links in the navigation bar of SharePoint Online sites.
