More info: Users may have seen a "Something went wrong" error when attempting to access the service. Final status: We believe that a networking issue was preventing user requests from reaching the Forms service, causing access issues. We rerouted user traffic to alternate infrastructure, to allow the access requests through and remediate impact. Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
