Microsoft Teams service alert Incident information Title: Any user that enters into offline mode in Microsoft Teams is unable to move back to online mode ID: TM221111 Status Service Degradation Details Title: Any user that enters into offline mode in Microsoft Teams is unable to move back to online mode User Impact: Users are unable to return to online mode in Microsoft Teams after entering into offline mode. More info: Affected users will see the message banner indicating that they are in offline mode. Users may have entered into an offline state due to a network connectivity issue or by manually selecting to enter offline mode. Current status: We've determined that a recent update has introduced an issue in which users that have entered into offline mode in Microsoft Teams are unable to return to online mode. We're partially reverting the problematic update in parallel with developing a fix for this issue. We'll provide a timeline to mitigation once available. Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and this could impact any of your users that have entered into offline mode.
